Charles Gallagher died after recieving a head injury by the A38.
He had been with a friend who said he fell.
They had been to a wedding and had been returning home. However, the friend said that Charles Gallagher kept pulling his jacket and so he pulled over to get help and a woman pulled over but then drove off and Charles Gallagher chased her car and fell over, hitting his head.
However, an open verdict was returned at the inquest, it being stated that there was nothing to show how the fatal injury was caused.
